How to order

1. Enter the relevant Event and create a Favourites account:

  1. Log in and access the event related to your competitor.
  2. Do this by entering your preferred email address and the password provided at your event.

2. Navigate to Relevant Sessions and go to the sessions that feature your child.

3. Select Favorite Photos:

  1. Click the love heart under photos that include your child and you would like (e.g., photos of presenting to judges, general action, or presentation photos).

4. Choose Products:

  1. One you have added the photos to your favourites, click on the love heart located in the bottom Right Hand corner of your phone or computer screen.
  2. Within the favourites page click on one image and enlarge it.
  3. On the right of the enlarged image, you’ll find grey tabs for different products.
  4. In the Digital tab, select the Digital Download Product and add it to your cart.
  5. Do the same in the other tabs, such as Posters tab (16x20 inch or 20x30 inch), or Rockstar Poster tab (24x30 inch)

5. Configure Products:

  1. Once you have added the products you want to your cart, click on the cart icon located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
  2. You will see the product/s that need configuring.
  3. Click on the red icon needs configuring next to the first product for example: gymnast download and work through each of the products that need configuring as follows;
  4. Configure your Digital Download Product:
    1. In the Drop-Down menu “select photo from album” choose the word “Favorites” which is located at the top of the list.
    2. Then click on the green button “Add all photos”
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the green button “Save and Configure Next Product.”
    4. You will be taken back to your favourites page to start configuring your next Product. Make sure the word Favorites appears in the drop-down list at the top of the page.
  5. Configure a Poster
    1. Choose the number of photos for the poster. This will depend on the type of poster you have chosen. For example, choose 1 for the Maxi Poster, 3 for the Rockstar Poster and 5 for the 16x20 inch poster.
    2. After selecting the photo/s, a green tick will appear on each chosen image.
    3. Enter the details you would like on the poster by filling in the provided fields located below your selected photos
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click the green button, Save

6. Checkout

  1. Click on the Green button “Checkout”
  2. Enter address details in form provided. Scroll to the bottom and pressGreen Button Submit.

7. Review Order:

  1. Review your order.
  2. Enter a coupon code in relevant box if you have been provided one – then press update
  3. Choose the payment method of Mastercard or VISA
  4. Then click on Green Button “Submit.”

8. Enter payment details. Fill out the required personal and payment information.

9. Receive Your Order:

  1. A Dropbox link for your digital download will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
  2. A draft of your poster will also be emailed for review before final production.
