The Product

All team photos include a 6x9" image embedded into an 8x10" print that includes team name, sporting club and club logos. Team photos can be provided with or without team member names. Prints can be themed to match a sport and club colours. All photos are printed on Kodak Endura paper. Samples are provided at the end of this letter.

WinkiPoP Media has three team photo print options available:

1. Standard Team Photo
2. Combo Team/Portrait Print
3. Combo Team/Portrait Print plus 2 portrait prints (4x6")

The Service

WinkiPoP Media will

• take the team photos at a training session or a dedicated club photo day.
• liaise with the Club contact to confirm the schedule on the day and distribute prepaid order forms to team managers before the nominated team photo day.
• provide a professional photographer/s and assistant on the day to help coordinate the set up of team photos.
• collect monies and order forms at the time the photo is taken.
• make all team photos available online through its secure image gallery www.winkipopmedia.com.au within 48 hours of the team photos being taken. This will allow for additional prints to be ordered.
• guarantee delivery of team photos within 2 weeks.

• WinkiPoP Media charges no booking fee for our photography service
• WinkiPoP Media will contribute 10% of prepaid sales back to the club as a fundraising activity.
